The TAG team appreciates the outpouring of support and well-wishes from our collectors around the world regarding the recent wildfire situations in Southern California and concerns for TAG's Los Angeles facility. 


While TAG's facility is not located in an active evacuation zone and all customer orders are safe, TAG is currently operating with a reduced staff as we are cognizant of members of our team who have been affected by the fires in Southern California whether through evacuation notices, power outages, road closures, or health conditions exacerbated by poor air quality. We do anticipate slight, but not significant delays in order processing and fulfillment as our available team members work to process and execute all existing and incoming orders. TAG's facility is not expected to be affected directly by the weather events. 


Our team is aware some postal carriers are experiencing delivery delays in the state due to route issues, although TAG has been receiving and fulfilling orders on schedule to this point. TAG's facility is not closed and is operating currently with available members of our team as management continues to monitor the situation. We appreciate the patience of our collectors with our team as we strive to do right by our employees and collectors in this moment.
